Ruby Falls Corporate Office — LEED

MEP and Fire Protection engineering for the new 14,500 SF Ruby Falls corporate headquarters, targeting LEED Silver certification. As the first mass timber project of its kind in the Chattanooga area, the design required close coordination to route systems cleanly within the exposed cypress structure while meeting the energy, water, and indoor air quality benchmarks of LEED Silver. The result is a high-performance, sustainably engineered workplace set into the natural beauty of Lookout Mountain.
