Fred founded P+S after two decades of MEP design across a wide range of project types. His early career working on projects for "The Mouse" instilled a meticulous attention to detail, rooted in the understanding that in highly themed environments, every system—seen or unseen—shapes the guest experience. Fred brings that same discipline to every project, ensuring MEP systems quietly elevate the experience for all end users, whether they're walking through a theme park, a hospital, or an office lobby. A licensed PE and LEED Accredited Professional, Fred has led projects across the United States and the Caribbean.
